Modern reggae from the 2000s onwards produced outside of Jamaica saw an explosion of roots / digital and conscious music made globally and inspired by the Jamaican masters of yesteryear. A new wave of producers like Roberto Sanchez began recording live in purpose built studios and releasing all on vinyl to this day.
