Lion Vibes began in 1997 as a record stall in Brixtons then art market and has continued ever since building up a large and happy customer base the world over both in-store and online. We specialise in selling reggae records alongside a growing selection of books covering the history of the music as well as CDs clothing and merchandise. Our stock covers all forms of rare collector records from mento to ska to rocksteady and roots to the latest reggae and uk dub and shaka style steppers vinyl. Our mail order and online operation is in Brixton along with our retail shop which is open 7 days a week and ram full of ska rocksteady roots reggae and dub. Our long established Lion Vibes record label continues to release the best in reggae vinyl from around the world. Please check our Bandcamp page out to listen and buy. Further we maintain a Discogs shop stocking a mixture of new and second hand collector rarities as well as reissues and classics. The Brixton store stocks all the latest reggae and dub records as well as a deep and rare second hand vintage collector reggae vinyl selection. Remember though our online and shop stock are different so always try and make time to come dig at the shop. We are always adding fresh records to all our outlets.

The HQ regularly hosts live in-store events mostly notably our first Thursday of the month Selectors event "Selectors Thursday" open to all who want to bring their shots to drop in the 15 minute segments. Advance notice 100% required to play so email ben@lionvibes.com to get on the list.
